Educate & Elevate Consulting is dedicated to becoming the most trusted provider of comprehensive, education-related consultancy services. Our objective is to deliver exceptional experiences tailored to the needs of our clients. The roots of the company began in 2018 with the inception of MOCAS (Men of Color Achieving Success) on the campus of Volunteer State Community College. MOCAS consistently grew, positively impacting students, educators, and the broader college community. In 2023, under Mrs. Moore's visionary leadership, we developed Educate & Elevate Consulting to enhance our presence across the education sector.
Our Goals
to create and provide innovative, professional, and strategic learning experiences;
to provide intentional support through short term, intermediate, and long range action plans for implementation;
to work collaboratively with clients to improve success rates;
to teach, mentor, and guide clients in order to eliminate the achievement gap; and
to work with local businesses and organizations to foster workplace success and optimal performance.
The Origin of Our Name
