Taylor Moore, Founder
Taylor Moore, founder of Educate & Elevate Consulting, earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Biology from Athens State University. She obtained a Master of Arts in English from Tennessee Technological University. Taylor has over a decade of experience as an English professor. She taught a variety of writing and literature courses, creating an inclusive classroom environment tailored to diverse student needs. Taylor’s goals as an educator focused on providing quality education, fostering community, embracing change, and transforming students’ perspectives on learning. Taylor is dedicated to creating an impactful and engaging learning environment, rooted in the belief that students will positively impact the future with the support of their village (family, teachers, and administrators).
Taylor developed her passion for coaching and consulting while co-founding and chairing MOCAS (Men of Color Achieving Success) from 2018 to 2023. The MOCAS initiative was created to increase the retention and completion rates and graduation rates of those identifying as men of color. MOCAS addressed barriers to achievement through workshops focused on personal and professional development, cultural competence, and effective communication, ultimately supporting participants in realizing their educational aspirations. The initiative received state-level recognition for its impactful contributions. MOCAS assisted in making the participants’ educational dreams a reality while incorporating inspiring, motivating, and supportive speakers and activities.
Since beginning her coaching, consulting, and public speaking journey in 2014, Taylor has shared her passion for education at numerous conferences and workshops. She strives to make Educate & Elevate a dynamic, supportive space where clients feel motivated and confident. By continuously updating her methods and incorporating diverse techniques, Taylor ensures that all clients leave with valuable knowledge and a positive, engaging experience.

Juana Malone
Juana Malone has more than 25 years of experience as a mathematics professor. She loves utilizing her talents in both in-person and online college courses. Juana has created multiple online mathematics courses for a variety of colleges. Her experience in the digital realm has allowed her to work with several platforms. Juana takes pleasure in designing high-quality courses that present the material effectively and are easy to navigate. She provides each student with a rich experience that motivates them to learn in a meaningful way. Juana’s teaching philosophy centers on the belief that no question is a dumb question. She strives to present complex concepts in an accessible and enjoyable manner, recognizing that many experience anxiety around learning. Juana prioritizes open communication, ensuring that all feel comfortable expressing their concerns without fear of ridicule. The light bulb moments, when people grasp difficult concepts, inspire Juana’s passion for educating. Prior to becoming a college professor, Juana had a decade of experience as a programmer analyst at Teledyne Brown Engineering, a leading defense contractor.
Juana earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Additionally, she earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Research and Mathematics from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Chandler Melton
With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, Chandler Melton has dedicated her career to fostering a love of learning and growth for both young children and educators. As a former teacher, she deeply understands the challenges educators face daily, and she is committed to easing their experiences through meaningful support and practical resources.
Chandler earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education for grades K-3 from Athens State University. Chandler’s background includes serving as a coach and mentor to early childhood professionals, guiding them in best practices, curriculum development, and quality improvement. Her expertise lies in professional development, where she coaches and mentors teachers, directors, and administrators and helps them implement innovative, research-based curricula. As a curriculum developer, Chandler has crafted engaging, comprehensive materials that align with educational standards, while nurturing the holistic development of young learners. Chandler’s passion for supporting teachers and advancing high-quality education drives her work every day, ensuring that every child and educator can thrive in their learning environment.

Kennedy Malone is a dedicated second-grade teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Special Education from Athens State University. With a deep passion for her students, she fosters a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. Kennedy advocates for student success by implementing creative and accessible learning strategies tailored to meet diverse needs.
Recognizing the importance of collaboration, she actively partners with parents to build meaningful connections that support student growth. Kennedy also enjoys working alongside her colleagues to share best practices and enhance the educational experience for all. She also offers after-school tutoring to provide additional support for her students, ensuring they receive the guidance they need to succeed. Committed to continuous learning, she strives to empower her students and create a positive impact in their lives every day.
