It all began with an idea.

Our mission is to provide an innovative, professional, and strategic learning experience to a wide variety of clients in order to improve the greater context of education. We work with various types of schools and universities/colleges to equip students, teachers, administrators, and families of students. In addition, we also work collaboratively with community-based businesses and various organizations for workplace success.

Why consulting? Our founder, Taylor Moore, observed that many students have a deficiency of adequate educational resources. Upon observation and research, she realized many students (specifically minority and disadvantaged students) were not performing as well as their white counterparts. Much of this is due to what is known as the achievement gap. The achievement gap is the persistent discrepancy in academic performance that occurs when one group of students outperforms another group of students. This gap can be reflected in grades, standardized test scores, retention and completion rates, and other reputable forms of measurement. To create a solution to this ever evolving problem, our founder decided to make use of her experience and start our educational consulting company. Educate & Elevate Consulting’s goal is to eliminate the achievement gap, especially amongst minorities and disadvantaged populations. We firmly believe that by educating parents, teachers, and administrators, we can foster and develop well-rounded students.
